Problems logging in?
Ensure your login details are correct – usernames and passwords are case sensitive.
Date of birth should be input in the format of DD/MM/YYYY
Surname must begin with an uppercase first letter

Why can’t I access my account?
You may be a new member to the Avon Pension Fund and we have not yet set up your record details.
You could be between ‘status’ – for example you were paying into the fund (active member) and then left and stopped paying in (becoming a deferred member) – this transition may affect your access to my pension online. We can check this for you if you contact us at: avonpensionfund@bathnes.gov.uk
Please note that my pension online is currently not available to councillors or uniformed members of the Fire Fighters Pension Scheme and ex teachers.
